Anchorage is where a lot of structural review time goes: breakout cones, edge distances, adhesive bond values buried in an ESR, and three manufacturers who each present the data differently. AnchorClaw is being built to do that arithmetic with the citation attached.

Where it stands today: The anchor checks described below run now inside StructuralClaw — cast-in and post-installed, with ACI 318-19 clauses printed into the calc trace. AnchorClaw packages them as a standalone tool. It is not downloadable yet, and the roadmap items further down are not built.

Concrete breakout, tension and shear

Tension and shear breakout per ACI 318-19 §17.6.2 and §17.7.2, with the projected-area geometry, edge-distance and spacing modifiers shown as computed values rather than a single answer.

Steel strength and interaction

Anchor steel in tension and shear, plus the combined tension-shear interaction check — the ratio that usually governs a base-plate anchor group.

Adhesive bond, ESR-backed

Bond strength for post-installed adhesive anchors using published ICC-ES values — Hilti HIT-HY 200, Simpson AT-XP and SET-3G, DeWalt Pure110+ — with pryout checked alongside.

How it's built

AnchorClaw is in active development. The anchor engine runs today inside StructuralClaw; the standalone app is not yet released.
